How Do You Know If You Need Healing Or Deliverance?
*Both are Biblical. Both bring freedom. But they address different problems.
You may need healing if……..
You are carrying deep wounds from rejection, betrayal, abuse, abandonment, grief, trauma, or heartbreak. The pain is affecting how you think, trust, love, connect, or see yourself. Healing restores what was wounded.
“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”-Psalm 147:3
You may need deliverance if……
You feel trapped in cycles you cannot seem to break despite wanting freedom. Fear, torment, oppression, addiction, destructive patterns, or spiritual heaviness continue to keep you bound. Deliverance breaks what is keeping you captive.
“So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed..”-John 8:36
You may need both if……
There is both a wound and a chain. Sometimes trauma creates an open door for spiritual bondage. Sometimes people need restoration from the hurt and freedom from what attached itself through the hurt.
“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.”-John 10:10
How do you know the difference? Healing focuses on restoration. Deliverance focuses on liberation. One restores what was damaged. One breaks what is keeping you bound. Discernment helps identify the root.
“Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God…”-1 John 4:1
Jesus still heals. Jesus still delivers. Jesus still restores. Jesus still sets people free. The goal is not spiritual experience. The goal is becoming whole through Christ.

About Stacy
Hi! I am Stacy! Wife to an amazing husband, mom of two beautiful, young adult children, trauma coach and prophetic voice. Dedicated to guiding courageous people through deep, compassionate inner healing so they can move from survival mode to engaging in full wholeness and wellness.
I became involved in inner healing 20 years ago after my own personal healing encounter with Jesus! Jesus radically healed me emotionally and physically and it became my passion to connect trauma survivors, Christian leaders, and individuals with Jesus to be restored!
I am a certified Immanuel Approach Practitioner, trained in inner healing, deliverance, somatic trauma healing, as well as a graduate of Global Prophetic Alliance’s Raising Prophets program.
It would be my privilege and honor to walk alongside you on your journey to restoration!
